SLEEP
π€ One of my Favourite thing to do is Sleep. I think sleeping is the best meditation for my mind. However most of them says sleeping is a lazy thing. But according to science, a person should sleep for a maximum of 8 hours a day.
π€ A good night's sleep later helped clear my mind of clutter. πI don't like short napes because with my research about sleep, In quiet waking , the brain is responsible for 20% of the body's energy use. As a dancer , I need full of healthy energy for my mind and body. So specially , i need a long hour nap for a day.For that I allocate about 7 hours a day for my sleep. This sleep helps me to restore to my immune system , nervous , skeletal and muscular system .
And also sleeping helps to me maintain my beauty tips π. Such as remove my dark spots from my undereye circle. For me sleeping is also a mood fixer. When i'm get sad I always used to sleeping while I'm listening songs. π΄❤️
